Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack development projects.
• Initiate improvements to solutions, systems, and processes.
• Stay updated on the latest software approaches, programming techniques, cloud expertise, architectures, tools, and industry trends.
• Design and develop complex servers, functional databases, and applications.
• Create and maintain RESTful services and APIs.
• Develop visually appealing front-end architectures and translate designer mock-ups into front-end code.
• Design user interactions on web pages and ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile.
• Consider non-functional requirements such as security, performance, compliance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability when architecting solutions.
• Oversee delivery processes from conceptualization to production.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Automate testing processes for unit, component, and integration tests.

 Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• At least 2 years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React (NestJS, ReactQuery, MaterialUI are a plus).
• Experience with OpenSearch and MongoDB databases.
• Strong understanding of OOP methodologies, RESTful architecture, and cloud services (AWS).
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS.
• Familiar with DevOps tools, CI/CD processes, Docker.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture (advantage).
• Experience with Python Django and web assembly/video conferencing (big advantage).
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, and analytical.
